How To Use: 

1. Cleansing or Exfoliate: Start by washing your face with a the Bump Relief Cleanser (may use Bump Relief Exfoliating Stick instead) to remove dirt, oil, and impurities. Wet your face with warm water, then apply a small amount of cleanser to your fingertips and massage it onto your skin in circular motions. Rinse off with water and pat your face dry with a clean towel.
2. Exfoliating: Use Bump Relief Exfoliating Stick 1-3x a week to help prevent ingrown hairs. Wet your face with warm water, then apply the cleanser stick to your face in circular motions, focusing on areas prone to ingrown hairs like the beard area. Rinse off with water and pat your face dry with a clean towel.
3. Toning: After cleansing or exfoliating, use the Bump Relief Wipes ( may use Bump Relief Toner instead) to help cleanse and exfoliate your skin. Gently wipe it over your face and neck, avoiding the eye area.
4. Moisturizing: Finish your routine by applying the Bump Relief Aftershave and Daily Oil to skin to help moisturize and protect.  Made with natural plant oils and vitamin E to moisturize, nourish, heal and protect. Apply a dime size amount or less to your palms and massage into your skin in circular motions, focusing on areas prone to ingrown hairs like the beard area.
